Main provisions

  1. Ely.by is a third-party project, created by a man under the nickname ErickSkrauch. It is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
  2. The developers have carefully read the Mojang Account EULA and can confidently declare that Ely.by does not violate it, by implementing alternative services for Minecraft. The EULA states that users may redistribute any modifications to the client if a fee if not imposed for it. This is what is being done here.
  3. Ely.by does not steal your passwords, we keep them safe in a hash with salt.
  4. We have the right to take away any usernames from your accounts should you start hogging usernames.

Skin system

  1. The patches on the downloads page only change the endpoints to load skins, and do not spy on the player in any way. However, if you are in doubt, you can manually implement the patches by following our skin system documentation.
  2. This skin system is a free service, and it will remain such forever. You can freely use it in your projects without asking for any permission or registering.
  3. We collect statistics of all skin download requests. Through this, we get information about each username's skin changes. No sensitive data/credentials are collected.

Skin catalog

  1. Any skin uploaded to the site enters the public skins catalog. This means that any user will be able to wear it or download it from our catalog.
  2. Any skin you uploaded to Ely.by becomes property of the project. This means that we reserve the right to take measures regarding its removal or retention in a public skins catalog. Regardless, we will always try to accommodate any request regarding your skin unless we have a compelling reason.

General site rules

  1. We are indifferent to your style of communication until it starts to interfere with the administration. Keep this in mind.
  2. Use of multiple accounts is not prohibited. Nevertheless, you can change your nickname on the site - this can be done in settings.
  3. Advertising of any affiliate and referral programs, stored stolen keys (i.e. all except official), as well as online casinos, all drugs, alcoholic beverages, etc. will be strictly punished by blocking the account instantly.
  4. If you register on the site with the username of someone with a Premium Minecraft license, the owner will be able to demand to take over the username and you have to change your username within 3 days.
